Forum: movies Subject: Error Code: 224003 when playing video

I have uploaded some MP4 video’s which play just fine on my computer (Mac) but give the error code 224003 on my iPad.
Other info on the files (by the way, I haven’t a clue what they all mean):
1 video stream: AVC
1 audio stream: AAC LC
Bitratemodus: Variable
Total bitrate varies on every video I’ve uploaded
Video: 2560*1440 with 29,970 fps, AVC (NTSC) (High@L5.2) (CABAC / 3 Ref Frames)
Audio: 157 Kbps, 48,0 KHz

I’m always editing my video’s with Lightworks Pro

How can I avoid people from getting this error code?
On the help page on this subject it suggests a firewall problem. But I don’t think people will change the settings on their firewall just to see one of my videos.
It also suggests uploading an MPEG 2 file. But does converting my files to MPEG-2 help? If yes, what kind of MPEG-2 should I convert it to?
I have Compressor and can convert to
MPEG-2 422 Program stream, 15 Mbps
MPEG-2 Program stream, 15 Mbps
MPEG-2 Transport stream, 15 Mbps
I don’t think I can export a MPEG-2 video in Lightworks

Thanks.
